What you will need:
1 container with a lid OR 1 gallon zip block bag
1 (pint) small zipblock bag
1 cup of milk OR half and half
2 tablespoons of sugar OR sweetener
1/2 cup of salt
1/2 tablespoons to 2 tablespoons (depends on how much you want) of vanilla extract, strawberry syrup, chocolate syrup, or any choice of flavoring
ice (must fill half of the container or bag)
Instructions:
1) Place ice inside your bag/container until it fills halfway. Add 1/2 cup of salt in the bag/container.
2) Combine 1 cup of milk/half and half, 2 tablespoons of sugar/sweetener, and 1/2 tsp to 2 tablespoons of your flavoring (vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, etc.) into the small zipblock bag. Try to get as much air out of the zipblock bag and close the bag.
3) Place the small zipblock bag into the container/big zipblock bag. Seal it and start shaking. Your ice cream should be done in 5 minutes if you are using a container. If you are using the gallon zip block bag then it may take longer. The mixture should be visibly frozen. Shake longer if you would like the mixture to be harder.
4) Top it off with your favorite syrup, candies, etc! Enjoy!
