I am assuming they took a long time to ship out my box because the Etude House Berry Line was still new and they needed to get the shipment.

Received: March 7, 2016 | 5 days after shipment | 11 days after order date

Customer Service: When I received my package, I noticed one item missing and it was the Etude House Lovely Cookie Blusher in the shade "Peach Parfait". I contacted Jolse via email and they refunded me. They also deducted the rewards points even though it was their mistake. I wish they would of asked me they could ship the product to me because I really wanted this blusher. I guess I will order it next time.
